I recommend everyone, meaning meeting professionals AND hoteliers read this blog post. The industry is changing and either you change with it or you will be left behind and wondering what happened. This affects hotel salespeople every bit as much as, even more so I would argue, the meeting professional.
The adage, “if you keep doing what you’ve always done, you will get you the results you’ve always gotten” no longer applies.
It is now, “if you keep doing what you’ve always done, you won’t be doing anything much longer.”
